Employee Relations
and Benefits Manager
-
Plan,
coordinate, implement and monitor all employee benefit programs, which
include but are not limited to health, dental, disability, workers'
compensation, and FMLA.
-
Responsible for employee personnel needs at various company locations.
These functions include responsibility for developing, interpreting and
recommending programs and working through Human Resource Coordinators
and Project Directors to ensure consistent application of policies,
procedures and other courses of action.

Responsible for personnel administration and administration of
recruiting and retention programs.
-
Assist
in ongoing administration and adherence to safety and security programs.
-
Responsible for coordinating and managing the employee relations
activities according to established guidelines and sound administrative
practices.
-
Perform
daily activities in the Corporate office in Carrollton, GA.

Other
duties may be assigned.
